SERC offers a wealth of sports facilities across main campuses including college teams in rugby, gaelic, soccer, hockey, golf, basketball, table tennis and athletics. 

Local leisure centres at Lisburn and Downpatrick are in close proximity whilst the Bangor campus has its own high tech fitness suite which is fully equipped with modern computerised aerobic and resistence equipment - special rates for students are avialable.

A fleet of sailing dinghies, kayak and Canadian canoes, rescue craft and camping equipment is available for use by leisure studies students at the Bangor campus.
