Working with Schools

We offer schools access to a wide range of vocational courses and to hundreds of experts to support their Entitlement Framework programme.  We already work with 43 schools in Belfast, Bangor, Ballynahinch, Downpatrick, Lisburn, Newcastle and Newtownards.

This programme delivers, in close partnership with schools ub the Area Learning Communities, vocational courses including BTEC Diploma in Sports, Beauty, Health and Social Care, Performing Arts, Business and Travel and Tourism; GCSE Construction; and A Level Sociology, Engineering and Psychology.

Mr Tom Armstrong, Principal of CBS Glen Road explains the value of this service:

“In my capacity as Principal of CBS Glen Road I am acutely aware of the backgrounds of all my students and the difficulties they face each day of their lives.

It is therefore very heartening to know that the staff from SERC who have worked in our Entitlement Framework partnership have worked in both a professional and committed manner-often beyond the call of duty to assist their students to achieve [their] results.

It is with much hope that our partnership will move forward in an innovative manner...”

If you work for a school and would like to partner with us please contact Richard Armstrong on 9127 6800
