What was the single biggest lesson you took away from the session?
The biggest lesson I can take away with me was the importance of GEM. Customers want this and it is only when this is acted on that a customer will appreciate what customer service is. In my eyes everything revolves around GEM, creating your impression, you’re listening skills etc. It is only a special sales team that can deliver a GEM experience. One who enjoys what they do, is a team player, gets satisfaction giving people what they want in a courteous professional manner.

 

Would you recommend WorldHost to other business owners and managers?
Without a shadow of doubt! I think in today’s climate every company cannot survive without excellent Customer Service and it’s their responsibility to provide it for their sales staff. It helps staff because it is divided into different areas and is in-depth but not difficult to do if you’re in the right job.
