The Brief
Having already started to implement their own TyssenKrupp internal improvement strategy, SERC was asked if they could provide further assistance and input into the process of making the TyssenKrupp site more effeciency by improving on the work already started.
The Solution
ThyseenKrupp partner with SERC for a consultancy project focused on Business Improvement Techniques. This invovled members of SERC's business team carring out assesments on a number different aspects of TyseenKrupps working practices.
The Outcome
ThyssenKrupp were able to identify costly practices within their Bangor site which have now been streamlined in order to carry out their functions more effecently.
