The Brief
With ambitions growth plans for the business, they instructed SERC to undertake market research in the Republic of Ireland to ascertain the validity of opening new outlets in particular areas.
The Solution
This type of research is an invaluable source of information when building a strategic plan. Frying Squad have worked with the College on a number of training programmes and were really pleased with the level of support and expertise.
The research was made possible thanks to innovation vouchers from Invest NI that can be redeemed against the cost of practical advice and expertise on specific operational projects. The Innovation Voucher allows business owners to focus on running their business while Specialist Knowledge Providers develop solutions to knowledge problems that could take their business to the next level.
The Outcome
As the appointed knowledge provider on this project South Eastern Regional College staff conducted the research and delivered the findings. This knowledge was used for strategic planning to develop and grow the business.
