BACKGROUND
The new state-of-the-art Downpatrick Campus spans 15,243 square metres. It boasts world class facilities including trade workshops; science and technology laboratories; IT suites; a fitness suite and sports hall. The world class campus is set to continue to play a key role in supporting the local community as well as reaching out across Northern Ireland and beyond.
The first phase of the building was opened in September 2009.

An impressive range of provision is delivered at the Downpatrick Campus from Adult Basic Education to Further Education, Foundation Degree and business training programmes.

- Combined Central Hall and Fitness Suite
A new commercial centre which is open to the public is available which includes a licensed restaurant and professional salon, complete with jacuzzi and sauna.
