In a difficult economic climate, growing your business can be a daunting prospect! You need all the help you can get, especially if you want to develop a new product or service or maybe introduce new processes to improve efficiency and reduce cost. Your local College is a good place to start.
South Eastern Regional College is well positioned to play a supportive role in the growth process through offering access to their resources (over 1200 staff and a wide range of modern technology) and facilitating links between individuals, businesses and support programmes. To this end SERC (in conjunction with Southern Regional College) has developed the Cultivate Programme to help small businesses grow through innovation. This programme is funded by the Department for Employment and Learning under their Innovation Fund: Employer Support Programme.
Cultivate is just one of the programmes through which the College offers assistance to local businesses. At special information evenings on the following dates you can learn more about the support available and hear about the experiences of other business people who have already worked with the College on their innovation and growth projects.
