SERC EXTRA
SERC Extra is a student support service to assist you with any difficulties you may have during your time with the College. We have Student Attendance and Retention Officers (SAR’s) based in our four main campuses – Bangor, Downpatrick, Newtownards and Lisburn.
The SERC Extra team will do their upmost to find a suitable solution to any problems students may experience. The team is committed to helping you during your time with the College, making it as enjoyable and beneficial as it can possibly be.
