 Corus Steel Celebrate Training Success

Corus Steel staff have celebrated their success in their IT training.  The focus of the training was to give Corus staff a better understanding of the new Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 and Microsoft Excel 2007 packages which Corus have recently implemented on site in their Lisburn Plant.

Corus Employee Janice Irvine, who attended the course gave her feedback on how the training was received “I was particularly impressed by the delivery of the course, it was highly commended and everyone felt they learned a lot about Microsoft application and how to apply them to their working day, thanks again and I look forward to planning another training programme with you in the future.’

Olivia Kennedy Business Innovation Manager at SERC said; “The one day training course provided Corus staff an opportunity to work with the Microsoft packages.   Using practical examples, they learned how the software can be used to improve job efficiency.  At SERC we recognise the importance for businesses to run as effectively and efficiently as possible and strive to provide the necessary training to meet the needs of different businesses.”
