Budding entrepreneur Gary Bell from Newtownards proudly presents the new premises of his car sales business Northside Car Sales, High Street, Newtownards.  Gary is a former student from the Bangor campus of the South Eastern Regional College and it was in December 2003 during his final year of the BA Hons Degree in Business Administration that he started to plan his strategy for starting his own business.  It had always been Gary’s goal to be self employed and through studying for the degree he was able to realise his dream. 

The business courses at the Bangor campus of the South Eastern Regional College are extremely broad based, dealing with all aspects of business management and administration and Gary felt that the content along with the professional tuition from his tutors helped him gain the knowledge, motivation and confidence to take the plunge into being his own boss.

With his new premises and marketing skills Northside Car sales is going from strength to strength and as Gary commented; “I have a lot to thank my tutors at the Bangor campus of the South Eastern Regional College for, as I may not have had the confidence to take that initial step without their help.”
