After finishing my GCSEs at Shimna College Newcastle, I joined the two-year National Diploma in Travel & Tourism at the Downpatrick campus of the South Eastern Regional College. I have always wanted a career in this industry and my dream is to eventually set up my own licensed business in Barcelona. This course has provided me with the necessary skills and qualifications to one day realise this ambition.
The course content and standard of teaching has given me a broader knowledge of what is expected of me in the industry. “I would definitely recommend the course to anyone considering a similar career”.
