26 year old John Davidson had previously been working in the Civil Service when he decided it was time to change career. It was at this point he signed up for the Electrical Engineering course with the College. He is employed by Heyn Engineering and works on plant machinery and cranes carrying out repairs, servicing and breakdown.
He commented; “The course is going really well, I’m really pleased I took the decision to change my career because it has reinvented me as a person. I always enjoyed Maths at school and this ties in nicely with the Electrical Engineering course.”
