Being over 60 years old it definitely helps keep me supple and i feel great for the rest of the day - full of energy and well-being. In previous years we have had ladies who have attended through their pregnancy up to their due date and comments from both students and their midwives have indicated that the classes helped prepare the body and mind for labour and/or delivery (normal of ceasarean) and that recovery has been quicker post-delivery.
