Course Structure
The course offers:
Business Improvement Project specific to your organisation with a strategic focus (Unit 524 Conducting a Management Project)
A series of workshops to introduce new concepts, inspire development, promote practical application and offer networking opportunities e.g. Leading with impact; Powerful Communication; Managing Group Dynamics; and Empowering, Inspiring 30 hours executive coaching per candidate
Each candidate will be matched with a Coach working at Executive Level with significant experience and European Mentoring and Coaching Council membership. This will help identify strengths and areas for development, providing candidates with the necessary tools to explore and develop their leadership and management potential.
Contact Hours
The course will run for 4 hours per week for 8 weeks.
Entry Requirements
A minimum of 12 months experience in a middle managerial role OR minimum of 36 months experience as supervisor/team leader: Or a Business Owner and have the ability to carry out independent research and complete assignments.
Should hold L3 qualification or higher.
The course is offered under Skill UP - The flexible skills fund provided you meet the following criteria:
(a) over 18 years of age;
(b) eligible to work in Northern Ireland;
(c) ‘settled’ in Northern Ireland, and has been ordinarily resident in the UK for at least three years; or
(d) is a person who has indefinite leave to enter or remain in the UK.
