Course Overview
Digital Fluency in Practice runs for four weeks at 45 minutes per session, taught online via Microsoft Teams. It will introduce multiple Office 365 apps with practical advice on how to navigate them. This unaccredited short course has the potential to lead to more advanced courses within SERC’s Business Services Team.

Course Modules

Session1: Getting started with Office 365

Session 2: File sharing and sharing with OneDrive and SharePoint common functions, mapping OneDrive Permissions, sharing and collaborating. Using OneDrive across multiple devices, syncing issues

Session 3: Productivity tools – To do, Planner, Delve, Forms; Microsoft Teams Session

4: Office 365 and teamwork solutions. MIE application

You would like to navigate your digital environment with ease and fluency, and to increase your confidence.

There are multiple digital courses available through Business Services on Digital presence such as Level 2 Spreadsheet Software, and Level 2 social media as possible progression routes.

An Office 365 subscription to take part in this course.
