Course Overview

The course will assist those who wish to return to work, progress to a business administration role or develop their administration skills further. 

You will achieve OCN NI Level 2 Award in Business Administration Skills

3 Units will be delivered:

  • Presentation Software
  • Email Software Skills
  • Remote working for business

  • You wish to upskill on business administration skills
  • You would like to understand and be able to work from home
  • You wish to progress to an administration role
  • You wish to improve your email and on-line presentation skills

How to use email software, presentation software and how to work remotely from your own home. 

Learning new skills and perfecting your business administration skills. 

You may return to work after being out of work for a while, you will be skilled to work on a remote or hybrid basis. 

You may be underemployed and progress to a higher level.

You may wish to improve your overall administration skills to further your career or change job role. 

 

To live in the Newry, Mourne & Down Council Area and have a laptop or PC to join the online classes. 

You should be unemployed, economically inactive, under employed or at risk of redundancy.
