The social housing sector within Northern Ireland accounts for around 20% of all domestic dwellings, this requires a large infrastructure of maintenance related personnel, some of which will are public facing first responders, this course is designed to allow those who are not gas engineers to understand the terminologies and requirements of taking and handling customers enquiries in relation to Gas issues, this course can also be adapted to allow information on Anaerobic Digestion

Course Overview
A structured one-day classroom programme of guided learning designed to meet the requirements for learners undertaking gas queries on behalf of a team of engineers and to aid in their understanding of the customers’ needs
