Course Overview
This qualification is open to all and is a requirement for membership of ARLA Propertymark. It is a qualification ideal for candidates wanting to gain or improve existing knowledge in the key areas related to residential letting and property management. This qualification is broadly equivalent to A-Level standard.

You wish to improve your existing knowledge in the key areas related to residential letting and property management.

Unit 1: Health and Safety, Security and General Law (COM1)

Unit 2: Legal Aspects of Letting and Management (NIRLPM2)

Unit 3: Residential Property Letting Practice (NIRLPM3)

Unit 4: Residential Property Management Practice (NIRLPM4)

 Gaining a qualification with like-minded people.

 On completion candidates can progress to LEVEL 4 CERTIFICATE IN SALE OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY (ENGLAND, WALES AND NORTHERN IRELAND).

Suitable for candidates aged 16-18 and 19+.
