Retail - Skills for Work (Level 2)
This course will provide you with the fundamentals to work in the retail industry.
Participants must achieve a competency based qualifications and knowledge and skills based qualifications in the Level 2 Certificate in Retail Skills (City & Guilds) and the Level 2 Certificate in Retail Knowledge (City & Guilds)
Students must also complete mandatory Essential Skills, Level 1 Number and Level 1 Communication.
Students are required to attend their vocational class two days per week. Employability forms part of the overall framework
Modules may include:
How to work effectively in a Retail Team
How to maintain health and safety and security within Retail
Receiving and storing Goods.
