Travel Agency Development Programme

An opportunity to enhance or gain new skills that will assist you in the Travel & Tourism industry. This 12 week course will consist of 4 weeks training and an 8-week placement in the Travel and Tourism Sector. The placement opportunity will be with a local and externally owned companies to develop new skills to accelerate their growth potential. You will be paid £155 per week for completion of the training and work placement.

City & Guilds L2 Award in Principles of Customer Service in Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism

You will achieve City & Guilds L2 Award in Principles of Customer Service in Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism Accreditation

You'll Need:

One GCE A Level and three GCSEs or acceptable alternative qualifications or experience within the industry.

You must be

(a) over 18 years of age;

(b) eligible to work in Northern Ireland; 

(c) ‘settled’ in Northern Ireland, and have been ordinarily resident in the UK for at least three years; or

(d) are a person who has indefinite leave to enter or remain in the UK.
