Course Overview
This 2 year course will enable you to learn, develop and practice the skills required for employment within the motor industry as an Apprentice vehicle mechanic/technician.
 
You will achieve all the Level 2 outcomes required to match the occupational framework.
 

IMI L2 Diploma in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Competence

Ideal If:

You'll Learn:
About vehicle maintenance, vehicle inspection and health and safety in the workplace.

You'll Progress:
Onto the Level 2 Apprenticeship in Motor Vehicle (Heavy) or a NVQ Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle.
You'll Need:
5 GCSEs including at least Grade F in English and Maths. However to help you succeed on the course it is preferable if you have a minimum of Grade D in Maths and English.
