Pearson BTEC HND in Engineering (General)

The purpose of BTEC Higher Nationals in Engineering is to develop students as professional, self-reflecting individuals who can meet the demands of employers in the rapidly evolving engineering sector and adapt to a constantly changing world. The qualification also aims to widen access to higher education and enhance the career prospects of those who undertake it. This is achieved by providing a thorough grounding in engineering principles in year 1 and a range of specialist modules in year 2, relating to individual professions within the engineering sector.

Level 3 National Extended Diploma Engineering - Mechatronics

This two-year full-time course, equivalent to 3 A levels meets the requirements for learners who wish to progress to employment or further study in engineering.

Land Based Engineering - Traineeship (Level 2)

This Traineeship is for students who may wish to work in agricultural engineering, this course covers technical knowledge and practical skills.

Land Based Engineering - Apprenticeship NI (Level 2)

This Apprenticeship deals with the maintenance and repair of a range of mechanised equipment used in agriculture and other land based industries.

Level 3 National Diploma Engineering - Mechatronics

This two-year full-time course, equivalent to 2 A levels meets the requirements for learners who wish to progress to employment or further study in manufacturing engineering.

Engineering - Apprenticeship NI (Level 2)

Electrical Installation (Level 3)

You will be working with your employer in addition to attending the college. You will achieve all the Level 3 outcomes required to match the occupational framework.

Light Engineering And Decorative Metalwork

This course aims to provide you with an introduction to the use of conventional engineering workshop processes. This course will facilitate access to engineering machinery to enable you to manufacture light engineering components or projects (lecturer set, or student devised).

Pearson BTEC HNC in Construction and the Built Environment (Civil Engineering)

This HNC Construction course is a recognised Higher Education qualification, successful completion of which allows students to progress to Level 5.
