Pearson Edexcel Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Adults' Management) Wales and Northern Ireland

This qualification provides learners with the skills and knowledge needed to manage practice and lead others in Adult care setting. It confers occupational competence to work in a management role within a regulated Adult care setting. This programme incorporates managing a service, teams, individuals and resources. You will cover: motivation, communication, setting up management information systems, making sure that care homes and day care centres are safe environments to live and work in. All students in this course may be eligible for Higher Level Apprenticeship funding. Please speak to Apprenticeship Development Managers following the interview in respect of the Higher level funding for this course.

Health and Social Care - Apprenticeship NI (Level 2)

The Apprenticeship NI is for students aged between 18-24 and is aimed at staff working directly with adults in the health sector.

Higher Level Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care

C&G Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care (Northern Ireland)

This course is suitable for all adult students who wish to gain competence-based qualification at higher level, specifically designed for learners wanting to work in adult social care in northern Ireland setting. The course is delivered through a combination of classroom teaching and practical work placements. Both these elements are a compulsory part of the course. There is a focus on helping you to develop the knowledge, skills and values to support progression in career.

Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)

This qualification is a recognised First Aid qualification which is a one day course.
