CMI Level 3 in Managing AI Adoption
AI is transforming the workplace, and many organisations are recognising the need to strengthen leadership capability to support successful adoption. This practical CMI qualification will equip you with the confidence and skills to lead AI adoption, improve productivity and support teams through change.
AI is rapidly changing the way organisations operate, creating new opportunities for managers to improve productivity, decision-making and innovation. Designed for managers and aspiring leaders, this qualification helps you to build the skills and confidence to lead the successful adoption of AI within your organisation.
You'll explore how to implement AI responsibly, support teams through change, and maximise its value to improve organisational and team performance in a modern workplace.
This part-time course is designed for practising or aspiring first-line managers and supervisors who want to confidently lead the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within their teams. You'll explore how AI can improve productivity, communication and decision-making while gaining an understanding of the legal, ethical and organisational considerations of AI implementation. The course focuses on the role of managers in driving responsible AI adoption, supporting teams through change and embedding AI into everyday operations to achieve organisational goals.
Assessment is through practical written assignments based on real or researched workplace scenarios, together with a presentation and a short project where you will present a proposal for using a new or emerging technology to address a business need. This flexible qualification provides practical skills that can be applied immediately in the workplace to support innovation, performance and organisational success.
