SERC rooms and facilities are available to the general public for hire.
We are proud to share our modern campuses and well-equipped teaching and working spaces with the wider community. Our facilities are suitable for meetings, training, rehearsing and performances.

- Theatres, performance spaces and technical facilities
- Specialist spaces, including catering kitchens, photography studios and dark rooms, recording facilities, language labs, engineering and computer suites
