The GQA Level 3 NVQ Occupational Work Supervisors Course is designed to allow the candidate to display their knowledge within the construction industry, through both classroom delivery and online support where the candidate will complete 7 assignments related to their current occupation.
Potential candidates must be aged 18 or over, hold at least a Level 3 Construction or MES qualification, and currently work as construction site supervisors. They will also need a laptop and access to relevant workplace documentation, such as RAMS and other construction industry records
The course will be delivered through a blended learning approach, combining classroom sessions with remote learning and assessment. Assessments will be completed digitally, and your lecturer/assessor will provide feedback on your learning outcomes. The flexible structure allows learners to progress at their own pace, within their preferred timeframe and environment.
Completing the GQA Level 3 NVQ Occupational Work Supervisors course opens opportunities for supervisory roles such as Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Team Leader, and provides a progression route to higher qualifications like Level 4 Site Management, enhancing eligibility for positions requiring strong safety, compliance, and project management skills.
