If you are new to SERC this year, then you are in for a trick - but mostly a treat - at the first of our annual festive fairs.

This term we kick off with our Halloween Markets. Organised by SERC’s Enterprise, Entrepreneurship and Environment team, the markets are a chance for you to dip your toes into selling directly to students, staff and the public at a pre-booked stall.

And if you want to come along to see what’s on offer, you will find – depending on campus and stallholders -  baked goodies and treats, arts, crafts, gifts, oil paintings, ceramics, Halloween themed decorations,  spider plants, prints and stickers, pin badges,  jewellery, upcycled, recycled and nearly new items. Most items are produced or sourced by students and staff, and sometimes guest stallholders.  Truffle, SERC’s vintage shop in Downpatrick Campus will be open too.

Most stallholders accept CASH ONLY and it is a good idea to bring along some change if you want to buy something.

The Halloween Markets will be on 10am-1.00pm on:

Lisburn Campus: Monday, 20 October

Downpatrick Campus: Tuesday, 21 October

Bangor Campus: Wednesday, 22  October

Newtownards Campus: Thursday, 23 October

Plan to come along and check out all the spooky stalls and Halloween tricks and treats.
