This session will be delivered by Inspire Wellbeing and is suitable for beginners to yoga. It will cover:
- Building confidence and resilience
- Gaining a deeper understanding of your body and how to manage the effects of stress on the body and mind
- Learning about the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes experienced during menopause.
