Online Wellbeing Modules
We are pleased to advise we will be launching online training in March, initially there will be 5 modules and these will be in Resilience, Mindfulness, Relaxation, Mindset and 10 minute Managing Stress to do at your own leisure. We are strongly encouraging you to take the short modules to help and support your health and wellbeing.
You will receive an email to advise that you have been added to Hays Education and Wellbeing portal and you will be able to access the modules. Additional modules will be added over the coming weeks. A user guide has been devised to access and this will be sent out when the portal is being launched.
