Institute of Leadership and Management

SERC Foundation degree leadership and management students from SERCs Lisburn Campus are presented with their level 5 Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) certificates.

On successful completion of the course the students will automatically gain professional recognition from ILM. The students completed the course as an additional qualification which aims to help participants better understand their own skills and areas for future development as leaders and managers.
