The Health & Social Care team at Newtownards Campus hosted a successful Health Fair for Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 students on Tuesday 8 September.
The event provided students with the opportunity to hear from a range of professionals currently working across the health and social care sector, representing a variety of specialisms including mental health, occupational health, education and continuity of midwifery care.
Students also had the opportunity to engage with several placement providers through interactive information stalls, gaining valuable insight into career pathways, professional roles, and placement opportunities within the sector.
Nikki Rainey, Curriculum Manager, said, “The Health Fair was an inspiring and informative experience, helping students to develop a greater understanding of the diverse career opportunities available within health and social care.”
