The social housing sector within Northern Ireland accounts for around 20% of all domestic dwellings, which requires a large infrastructure of maintenance related personnel, some of which are public facing first responders.
This course is ideal for individuals who handle customer queries regarding gas safety. It equips learners with the necessary knowledge to communicate effectively with tenants and support gas engineers by accurately reporting issues. By completing this course, learners will gain confidence in their ability to respond to gas-related enquiries and contribute to maintaining safe housing environments.
This structured, one-day classroom programme provides guided learning tailored to individuals responsible for managing gas-related customer queries. The training is designed to enhance understanding of customer needs and the requirements for effective communication when dealing with gas-related maintenance requests.

One written assignment to complete.
