The course has been designed for you to use Spanish in everyday situations with supporting grammar and vocabulary to help you understand, speak, read and write the language at an intermediate level.
During the course you will cover the following topics:
- personal details
- education
- work and leisure
- where you live
- fashion and festivals
- the environment
- health and fitness
- travel and tourism
There is an emphasis on contemporary life, culture and society in the place where the language is spoken.
This is an excellent course if you wish to develop your existing language skills and vocabulary and obtain a certificate that offers progression to A Level.
Please note this course will be taught only through Microsoft Teams.
Students need to have a basic knowledge of Spanish. This course is not suitable for beginners.
You will need to purchase a course book and in some cases CDs or a Book and CD pack. Course books vary from course to course and you will be informed of the course book titles at the start of the course. If the course is a follow up from a previous course, you could be using the same course book as in the previous course.
