Level 2 Traineeship in Hospitality
This is a 1-year Traineeship designed for learners interested in a career in Hospitality or Tourism.
Participants will develop practical front-of-house skills in customer service, communication, food and beverage service, as well as barista and cocktail-making techniques. The program also includes the development of foundational supervisory skills.
This course offers hands-on vocational training, allowing learners to build their hospitality skills while gaining experience in a variety of settings such as restaurants, cafés, conference centres, banqueting venues, hotels, contract catering services, and more.
The Traineeship programme will allow participants to achieve a full Level 2 Diploma qualification and will comprise the following key elements:
· A Vocational Qualification & Skills Development
· Work Placement
· Transversal Skills
· Literacy and Numeracy qualifications at Level 2 (may include GCSE qualifications in English and Mathematics)
You will need:
- 4 GCSEs grade D-G, including grade E in Maths and grade E in English or equivalent
- Applicants that have not obtained the above grades may be eligible to enrol as an Introductory Trainee
