Ideal if you wish to carry out reflexology treatments in our Revive and Shadeka salons at SERC and learn the practice of working reflexes in the feet using specific finger and thumb techniques.

Stimulation of these reflexes during a treatment helps the body return to and maintain its normal functioning level.

Course Overview

The course includes theory and hands on study of foot and hand reflexology and related subjects such as:

  • the background of all holistic therapies
  • health & safety
  • anatomy & physiology
  • ailments
  • business studies
  • client consultation processes
  • commercial clinic working on clients
  • evidence 100 treatments

This course requires commitment to home study additional to class hours.

You will be required to provide your own materials and equipment.  Price excludes uniform and kit.  Your tutor will provide you with details of the additional costs.

You will need to purchase some books and oils.

  • Reflective Practice for Reflexology
  • Principles and Practice of complementary therapies
  • Health, Safety and Hygiene for complementary therapies

You may progress to Level 4 Reflexology.
