Outside INSIGHT: SERC's new job shadowing programme for staff

SERC are introducing a job shadowing programme called Outside Insight to provide opportunities for staff to job shadow or project shadow within SERC. More information about the scheme can be found here. The programme – which may span a number of days will give you an opportunity to gain insight into what it the work in another area of the College or to follow a project.  

The scheme is open to all staff and is subject to line manager agreement (both your line manager and the host’s). Interested applicants, please refer to the application form.  

There will be a number of information sessions about the programme running over the next few weeks. Please book into one of these to find out more:
