Lena by Inspire are offering an online session in support of World Mental Health Day. 

Habits matter - if you have ever tried breaking a habit, you know all too well how engrained they can be. This webinar will look at some daily, monthly, and yearly habits to help kick-start an improved sense of wellbeing. 

Topics will include: 

  • Understanding why old habits die hard and recognising how changing habits is a process 
  • Adopting new healthier habits as a projective life factor 
  • Learning the four stages of creating a healthy habit
