Student Fundraiser in Memory of Jamie Shirley

Funds donated to NI Air Ambulance

Kind hearted students at South Eastern Regional College (SERC) have been putting their skills to good use by organising a pop up take away in memory of SERC student Jamie Shirley. Their sales raised £500 in aid of NI Air Ambulance.

The students, from hospitality, culinary arts and Foundation Skills Academy programmes, planned and organised pop-up style eateries in Bangor, Downpatrick, Lisburn and Newtownards Campuses.   They sold crispy fries with a menu of novelty named toppings including Gangman style, Nashville Hot and The Jambon.
