World Menopause Day Sunset Sea Swim

In celebration of World Menopause Day, South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust have organised a sunset swim at Kilclief Beach, taking place on 17 October 2025 at 6pm.  

Come along for a cold-water reset and good times around a firepit with marshmallows. The event is open to patients of the Down GP Federation in the Downpatrick area.
