Languages

SERC offers various language courses through part-time study. Courses are pitched at different levels, from holiday conversation skills to first year degree level.

You’ll learn useful vocabulary, explore the rules of grammar, and get to understand cultural aspects of the language. On the more advanced courses, students will develop skills in reading and writing.

An additional language can enhance your cv and career prospects, as well as increasing your confidence to interact with others whilst travelling for business or leisure.
