Breathwork for Stress Reduction Session

Breathwork is the conscious practice of directing your breath to influence your mental, emotional, and physical state. While many techniques exist, this session focuses on activating the parasympathetic nervous system - the body's natural ‘brake system’ - to transition from high-pressure states into calm and focused relaxation. 

The session can be practiced from a chair or lying down. By mastering your breath, you gain a portable, lifelong tool for managing stress, preventing burnout, and reclaiming your mental clarity during the workday.
