Sustrans is running a 1k-a-day family challenge, designed to keep your body and mind healthy.
Can you get active as a family for 1 kilometre every day for seven days? Create your own personal challenge page and track your progress to fill in your rainbow. At the end of the challenge, you'll receive your family 1k-a-day certificate (and a Sustrans shop voucher).
