Recognising the positive impact of further and higher education in their local communities, three councils have joined in collaborative support to headline sponsor South Eastern Regional College’s (SERC) annual graduation ceremony which will celebrate the achievements of almost 900 students at the Waterfront Hall on Friday 11 September.
