Students considering their next steps after completing Level 3, Level 4 or Level 5 qualifications at SERC are invited to attend one of our Higher Education Fairs this October.
Organised by the SERC Careers Team, the fairs will provide an excellent opportunity for students to explore a wide range of progression routes.
Shirley Moore, Careers Manager said, “If you haven’t thought about your next steps, or don’t know where to begin looking, make our Higher Education Fairs your starting point. The fairs are open to all students across all curriculum areas who are considering progression to higher education following their current studies.”
The Higher Education Fairs will take place across SERC’s four main campuses over two dates:
Tuesday 20 October 2026

Wednesday 21 October 2026

Downpatrick Campus - 1pm to 2.30pm
Shirley added, “Students will have the opportunity to meet representatives from universities and professional organisations to learn more about course options, entry requirements, funding opportunities, student life, and future career pathways. The event provides an excellent opportunity to explore progression options and make informed decisions about their next steps.”
