Action Mental Health are offering a personal resilience online webinar with the aim to equip you with the best methods to cope with the pressures and stresses of life. This session will also give you an overview of stress and thought management through an evidence-based, informative, and supportive structure.

Lena by Inspire Wellbeing is offering an online session on Personal Resilience and they will examine what resilience looks like and will demonstrate some techniques to support your personal resilience.
