Dry January is a campaign initiated by Alcohol Change UK that encourages individuals to abstain from alcohol for the entire month of January. Participants often experience various health benefits, including better sleep, more energy, weight loss, and improved mental clarity. Studies have shown that a month without alcohol can lead to lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

It will also cover the physical and mental advantages of taking a break from drinking, helping participants understand their habits, and provide practical tools for navigating social situations and stress, without relying on alcohol. In addition, the session focuses on setting realistic goals for mindful drinking throughout the year, encouraging open discussion and personal reflection to foster long-term wellness.
