While in lockdown, it's important to get outdoors not only for exercise and fresh air, but also to clear your head and support mental wellbeing.

While in lockdown, it's important to get outdoors not only for exercise and fresh air, but also to clear your head and support mental wellbeing. Since there are travel restrictions, why not wrap up warm and walk around your garden or neighbourhood?

This weeks picture comes from Madeleine Bridgman, who took a nice stroll at the Mound of Down, near SERC's Downpatrick Campus. 

It's also important to take the time to appreciate the beauty that surrounds you, even if it's in your back garden or right on your doorstep.
