The ‘5 Steps to Wellbeing’ are a set of evidence based public messages aimed at improving the wellbeing of individuals by motivating and supporting them to “have a go” and embrace the 5 steps as a preventative measure against mental illness and promoting mindfulness.
The session will outline what the 5 Steps to Wellbeing are, and how the key elements of Connecting, Keep Learning, Being Active, Taking Notice and Giving can help and support personal wellbeing. Participants will also be advised of support mechanisms that are available within the college to support your mental health and wellbeing.
When: 16 August, 11:00am to 12:00pm.
