World Mental Health is on Friday 10 of October 2025. This is an opportunity to get talking about mental health, raise awareness of what you need to do to look after it, and to let staff know where to go if they are struggling and need support.

Mental Health is just as important as physical health. Speaking up is the first step to supporting yourself and others. It is important to encourage open conversations about mental health, take regular breaks from your desk to get fresh air, explore wellbeing resources and activities, and try mindfulness exercises.

Information and Support Sessions in October

Aware NI are offering a practical workshop to help individuals gain tools to reduce stress, recognise signs of mental ill-health, and find support on Friday 17 October 2025, from 10am to 12pm via Zoom. To reserve your place and to receive the instructions, click here.

Lena by Inspire are offering an online session about breaking bad habits in support of World Mental Health Day. If you have ever tried breaking a habit, you know all too well how engrained they can be. This webinar will look at some daily, monthly, and yearly habits to help kick-start an improved sense of wellbeing. This session will take place on Friday 10 October 2025 from 10am to 11am via Zoom.
