Potential cuts to College and Students

The Department of Finance has published a Briefing Paper on the Northern Ireland Budgetary Outlook 2018-2020 which could affect YOU.

The decisions in the Budget have the potential to impact everyone, and if the proposals are implemented, they will directly affect students and staff at SERC.

The document considers proposed cuts in funding to:

• EMA,
• Home to College transport,
• all Level 0 and Level 1 courses,
• and changes in Higher Education fees.
